Bundaberg, QLD – Due to the current flooding situation impacting the Bundaberg region, Smithies Karaoke and DJ Hire wishes to advise customers that event bookings may be postponed or cancelled where necessary in order to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and professional equipment.

The ongoing weather conditions and road closures throughout parts of the region may affect our ability to safely travel to venues or transport equipment. As a result, some bookings may need to be rescheduled where conditions pose a risk.

Our priority at all times is the safety of our team, the protection of our equipment, and the wellbeing of our clients and venues.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will communicate directly with any affected customers should changes to bookings be required.

Customers are reminded that under our Terms and Conditions, bookings may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances that impact safety, travel, or operational capability.
