1. Flexible Rescheduling Options
If you need to reschedule your event due to COVID-19 concerns, we will work with you to find an alternative date without any additional charges. We understand that the situation is constantly evolving, and we are committed to offering flexibility so you can adjust your plans as needed.
2. Cancellation Due to Illness or Exposure
If you or a guest at your event tests positive for COVID-19 or is showing symptoms, we will allow you to cancel or reschedule without incurring cancellation fees. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event to allow us to adjust our schedule and offer a different date or provide a refund.
3. Refunds
If you are unable to reschedule your event due to COVID-19 related reasons (e.g., government restrictions, personal illness, or venue closure), we will offer a full refund of your deposit or any payments made. Refunds will be processed within 30 days and credited onto your account with us
4. Force Majeure Clause
In the event of a government-imposed lockdown or event restrictions that prevent us from providing DJ services on your scheduled date, you will have the option to either reschedule your event for a future date or receive a full refund. This also applies if we are unable to perform due to illness or quarantine requirements affecting our team members.

This includes sanitizing equipment before and after each event, wearing masks (where required), and maintaining social distancing whenever possible.
