Why do you charge so much?
This is due to the equipment being so so expensive, and if something goes wrong (for example Customer Damage then I have to be able to replace that)
How do I Pay you?
After or before the event we will send you an email from invoice+statements@payments.noreply.smithieskaraokeanddjhire.com with your invoice attached and the bank details are in the same email.
Do you send a automated email with a feedback request after the event?
Yes, we do and from the following email address feedback@feedback.noreply.smithieskaraokeanddjhire.com with subject line “How Did we do?” Click on the link to the survey, complete it and press Submit! Don’t forget to leave a Facebook review and Google review :)
Can I Book Online?
Unfortunately we do not offer Online Bookings at this time!
