Smithies Karaoke and DJ Hire wishes to advise clients, venues, and members of the public of a temporary change to its phone system accessibility.
Due to ongoing and repeated unwanted contact directed toward both personal and business phone lines, the business has implemented additional call-handling safeguards to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and operational continuity of its services. This action follows a series of persistent and inappropriate contact attempts impacting both company representatives and official communication channels, including personal mobile devices.
Effective immediately, all incoming calls from private or withheld numbers (No Caller ID) will be automatically blocked by our systems.

Calls made using No Caller ID / Private Numbers will not connect
Callers may receive an automated message advising that communication has been restricted
All legitimate clients, venues, and partners must ensure their phone number is visible when contacting us
To ensure successful communication, all callers are requested to disable private number settings before calling.
